Terms & Conditions

• Rates are net inclusive of Wi-Fi, TAX and service charge.
• Check-in time is after 1300 hrs and check-out time is before 1200 hrs (Noon)
• Late check-out is only available when the room is available for the following day
• Latest check-out time between 1200 – 1600 hrs will incur an additional charge of 50% of the room fee. After 1600hrs, guests are responsible for the full day charge.
• Smoking in the building and a room subject to fine of THB 500.
• The rates are subject to change without prior notice unless customers pay for a reservation in advance.
• Addition person age more than 8 years old is charged THB 400 per night with extra bed provided.
• Major Credit Cards Accepted with additional 3% service fees
• Room prices may vary subject to the exchange rate at the time the reservation is made.
• Only 1 child under 8 years old is permitted without extra charge per individual room.
• Cancellation should be made at least 3 days in advance prior to your check in, or full charge is applied to your credit card.
• We do not allow joiners.
• This is a non-smoking premise and smoking inside the building is strictly not permitted.
• All guests are required to fill in requested details on the registration card upon check in. This is required by law.
